Goofy Eyelashes

I have always been impressed with Walt Disney World's attention to detail.  But what in the world is going on with Goofy's eyelashes in this Dexter Press postcard?  During this early 70's photo shoot, did someone not notice.  This is worse than the watch-wearing water-skiing Pluto.
The back of the card has the early Florida flag logo and the castle icon on the bottom signifying that this is a Fantasyland card.
