Man on the Grassy Knoll

This 5th postcard in the 0111 series is the second to feature the WDW Railroad.
While the train is the main attraction in the photo, I enjoy looking more closely at the scene to see what other observations might be made.  Such as:  What is that man doing on the grassy knoll?  Or why are those gentlemen entering the park in ties?  Thoughts?
