Sorry to all my foodie friends. This is not a new trendy menu item at the resorts but rather an early 'small plate' souvenir from WDW.  I assume it is from the early '70s because of its groovy pink, orange & purple colors, similar to this 1972 bag design and because of the Japan & WDW Productions stickers on the back.
